Welcome to One90. By using our website or making a purchase, you agree to the following terms. We have kept these as simple as possible so you can get back to your journey of Progress Every Day.
1. Orders & Acceptance
When you place an order, you will receive an automated confirmation email. Please note that this is an acknowledgement of your order and does not yet constitute a binding contract. A contract is formed only when your order is dispatched and you receive a shipping notification. We reserve the right to decline an order for any reason, such as stock unavailability or a pricing error.
2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). We may update our prices at any time, but the price at your time of checkout is final. Payment must be made in full via our secure checkout before your gear is dispatched.
3. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours on business days. While we partner with Australia Post, delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier. One90 is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
4. Returns & Exchanges
Please refer to our Returns Policy for details. We offer a 30-day window for unworn and unwashed items. A $10 flat fee applies to all refunds to help us cover handling and processing, while size exchanges are free (subject to stock).
5. Intellectual Property
The One90 name, our logo, and all photos and text on this site belong to us. You are welcome to view and print these for your own personal use, but using them for commercial purposes without our written permission is not permitted.
6. Using Our Website
Please use our site responsibly. You must not attempt to disrupt or interfere with our website’s security. While we strive for a perfect experience, we do not warrant that the site will always be uninterrupted or free from technical errors.
7. Limitation of Liability
Fitness activities carry inherent risks. To the extent permitted by law, One90 is not liable for any injuries or losses resulting from the use of our products. Please ensure you are training safely and using gear appropriate for your workout.
8. Product Care & Quality
To ensure your activewear performs at its best, please strictly follow the care instructions located on the garment.
9. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
