At One90, we want you to love your gear. If something isn't quite right for your journey, we’re here to help you find the perfect fit.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order arrives to reach out regarding a return. Whether you need a different size or a refund, simply ensure your return is initiated within this timeframe.

Keeping it Fresh

To help us process your return quickly, please ensure your items are:

  • Unworn and unwashed (tried on is fine, but please—no workouts!).
  • Tagged: Keep those original tags attached
  • Clean: Free from any makeup, tan, or deodorant marks.

Your Options

We’re here to support you as you keep Progressing Every Day, so you can choose:

  1. Free Size Exchange: If the fit is off, we offer free exchanges (subject to stock). We’ll get the new size out so you can get back to training!
  2. Refund: If you’d prefer a refund to your original payment method, a $10 return fee applies to help us cover handling. This will be deducted from your total refund.

How to Return

All returns are sent to our Queensland (QLD) facility.

If you’ve received a different item than what you ordered or something isn't up to standard, please reach out to us right away. We’ll make it our top priority to fix it for you.

Processing Times

Once your return reaches our QLD team, we’ll get to work:

  • Usually: We aim to have your return processed within 7 business days of it reaching us.
  • During Busy Times: Up to 14 business days (like during big sales).
